2. Reservations & Bookings
Table Reservations: Bookings can be made via www.gurkhafire.com. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Group Bookings & Private Events: Larger group bookings and private event reservations may require a deposit. Specific terms will be provided upon booking.
New Year's Eve & Special Events: Some events require pre-payment or a deposit to secure your table. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
3. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit may be required for group bookings, festive events, or high-demand dining times.
Any deposit paid will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit.
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as contactless payments.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
General Bookings: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your reservation.
Deposits: Deposits for special events, large bookings, and New Year’s Eve are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may release your table.
5. Dining Experience
Allergies & Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking or ordering. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our kitchen.
Service Charge: A discretionary service charge may be added to your bill. This will be stated clearly before payment.
6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
7. Website Use
You may use www.gurkhafire.com to browse menus, make reservations, and contact us.
We strive to ensure all information is accurate, but we reserve the right to update prices, menus, and policies without prior notice.
Unauthorised use of content from our website, including images and text, is prohibited.
8. Liability & Responsibility
Gurkha Fire is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party services, including online booking platforms and payment processors.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
